How are cardboard boxes printed?

When we make a cardboard box, it needs a lot of precedures, today we will introduce the printing precedures with details.

1. The first stage is design.

After customers trust the design work with a company, design team starts to discuss idea with customer and confirm the design scheme.

Later sample is offered to customer for confirmation, if he agrees, bulk printing starts.

2. The second stage is checking before printing

a. check file format 

b. check page settings and printing techniques

c. font and image checking

3. The third stage is in-line inspection in production

a. input and plate making

b. in-line inspection

4. The forth stage is quality checking after production

a. check finished product's color with sample and make sure it is the same

b. check the box strength and structure and make sure it is the same as design
